Note: This optimizes PDF structure (object streams, removing unused objects, optionally stripping metadata). It does not recompress images embedded in the PDF — that is very limited client-side. For PDFs dominated by photos, compress the images first with the Image Compressor and then rebuild the PDF with Images to PDF.
